Processing time

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Orders containing backordered or special-order items ship when all items are available unless a split shipment is arranged.

Shipping methods & costs

We ship via reputable parcel and freight carriers. Shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level, and are quoted or invoiced for your order. Heavy or oversized items (e.g. machines, rails) ship by LTL freight.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and freight scheduling can affect transit times.

Freight deliveries

For freight shipments, please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact Sales@JRSsupply.com promptly so we can file a claim and arrange a resolution.
