Trade accounts & eligibility

Our store sells wholesale to verified businesses. Catalog browsing is open, but pricing and checkout require a registered business account that we have approved. We may approve, decline, or revoke accounts at our discretion.

Pricing

Prices are shown only to approved accounts and reflect your negotiated trade pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice and may contain occasional errors; we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes.

Orders

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, and may limit quantities. An order is confirmed when payment is captured and we send an order confirmation.

Payment & taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total plus any applicable taxes and shipping. You are responsible for all applicable taxes unless you provide valid exemption documentation.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Warranties

Products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products and the site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRS Supply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual property

All content on the site is owned by JRS Supply or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JRS Supply is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
